We are a blog, community, and safe space for like-minded individuals. We offer resume help, interview prep, and career advice! We also have monthly community video calls on different topics such as grievance, parent advice, career advice, pet enthusiasts, and car enthusiasts. This is where inviduals with the same hobbies or going through a similar life situation can get together and talk about these topics!

Hi, my name is Chelsea and I'm passionate about writing and helping people, so here I am bringing my passions together in this blog! I was a teen mom, a District Sales manager, HR Manager, Fiber Optic Designer, sports car racer, pet owner, farm girl, interior designer, and so many more things. But we aren't here to put labels on anyone. I've made it far in my career without a college degree and have also overcome impossible circumstances to get to where I am today. I want to help you do the same!

My husband James is also here to help out from a guys perspective. We didn't want to just limit it to millennial women, we want this to be a community for anyone and everyone to come and feel supported and get some laughs along the way.
